Independent read-only Base mainnet USDC transaction receipt evidence for digital treasuries, DAO payment systems, automated accounts-payable, business settlement, enterprise payment agents and recurring invoice processors. Compare up to eight exact transaction hashes against buyer-declared recipient, sender, minimum amount, age and confirmations, detect duplicate invoice mapping and mismatched transfers, and return source-derived hashed evidence. No private keys, signing, fund recovery, card rails or contractual invoice authentication.
