PayPal supplies shared Bounty credits after verified payment. Solana USDC uses x402 per request. Direct SOL and Bitcoin receiving addresses are payout configuration, not automatic Tender checkout methods.

For ranking, use tender-match with capabilities and a cap of 25 credits. x402 buyers use POST /v1/tender-search or /v1/tender-match. Unpaid requests return the payment challenge. Successful retries reuse the same key and body; prepaid failures refund reserved credits.

GET the same watches endpoint with your Bearer key to read results and the inbox without further charges. DELETE /tender-engineer/api/watches/WATCH_ID to stop. Activation and credit deduction are atomic; a retry cannot create another charge. Watches run for 30 days with no automatic renewal. Results and a bounded change history remain for seven days after expiry.

Coverage and privacy

Queries retrieve one page, at most 100 notices for paid search or 50 for a watch. The response marks truncation. Watches check every three hours; upstream outages retain old results and show an error. All returned notices include the official TED link. Keys are hashed for ownership and never placed in URLs. Credit use is consumption of a previous purchase and is counted separately from verified payment revenue.
